Manager - International Construction

Location: Miami, Florida; primarily at hirify.global restaurants or designated field locations, with remote work permitted when not working at a hirify.global location. Travel: 50%.

Salary: $105,000–$184,000 annually, plus a target annual bonus of 20% of base salary.

What you will do

• Lead regional restaurant growth and manage new-build and reimage projects from planning and design through construction and post-construction.
• Coordinate franchisees and hirify.global Real Estate, Design, Construction, Operations, and leadership teams.
• Manage project schedules, milestones, reporting, and updates in hirify.global project management systems.
• Support budgets, CAPEX analysis, cost benchmarking, value engineering, and construction cost savings.
• Conduct onsite or virtual QA/QC reviews to verify compliance with approved drawings, schedules, and brand standards.
• Support international FF&E procurement, supplier expansion, franchisee training, manuals, workflows, and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering.
• At least 5 years of food and beverage construction management experience.
• International business experience.
• Knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish, spoken and written, as well as the main language of the region.
