Salary: $105,000 - $184,000 Annually

What you will do

• Lead regional growth by coaching franchisees and driving timely restaurant completion at the highest quality.
• Manage the restaurant development process for new builds and reimages, from planning and design to post-construction.
• Oversee project schedules, T-minus milestones, and progress reporting for the LAC region.
• Provide cost management and value engineering support, analyzing CAPEX benchmarks against competitors.
• Perform on-site and virtual QA/QC reviews to ensure brand quality and adherence to approved drawings.
• Support the international supply chain and procurement for equipment, finishes, and furniture (FF&E).

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B construction management.
• International business experience is required.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Ability to travel 50%.
