What you will do

• Advise on international and domestic football regulations and legal compliance across key jurisdictions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex football transactional documents, including player contracts and image rights agreements.
• Manage contentious matters and disputes in various domestic and international forums.
• Provide real-time strategic business and legal advice to agents and executives.
• Supervise and mentor members of the broader football business affairs team.
• Implement effective contract administration and document management processes to improve organizational efficiency.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor (England and Wales) with 7+ years of PQE.
• In-depth experience in the UK and international football industry.
• Strong academic background in law (2:1 or above).
• Proven track record of advising on commercial transactions and contentious matters at a top law firm or in-house legal department.
• Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
