Automotive Technical Specialist (Dutch Speaker)

What you will do

• Provide technical helpdesk support to authorized repairers, customer dealers, and independent workshops across Europe.
• Diagnose vehicle issues, perform root cause analysis, and guide technicians through repair processes.
• Resolve technical inquiries by phone and electronic channels while maintaining accurate case documentation.
• Collaborate with dealer technicians, engineers, project managers, internal agents, and dealership staff.
• Coordinate field engineer visits and arrange occasional vehicle testing and servicing.
• Escalate complex cases appropriately and share technical insights, trends, and product knowledge.

Requirements

• Degree in automotive technology or equivalent technical education.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanics and electric vehicles.
• Experience using automotive diagnostic tools.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.
• Analytical, organized, and customer-focused approach.
• A general automotive diagnostics competence test or evaluation is part of the recruitment process.

Nice to have

• High-voltage certification, such as HV EV Specialist, DGUV L2+, or IMI Level 4.
