Location: Remote (Home Based), must be based in Hungary

What you will do
- Provide technical support for diagnostics and root cause analysis across various vehicle systems.
- Resolve technical inquiries from customer dealers and internal teams via phone and electronic channels.
- Guide dealers through repair processes and ensure accurate documentation of cases.
- Collaborate with dealer technicians, engineers, and project managers to resolve complex issues.
- Coordinate field engineer visits and contribute to product knowledge exchange.
- Conduct occasional vehicle testing and servicing arrangements.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of automotive experience, preferably in a senior dealership workshop role.
- Degree in automotive technology or equivalent technical education.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanics and EV; HV certification (e.g., HV EV Specialist / DGUV L2+ / IMI Level 4) is a strong advantage.
- Experience using diagnostic tools.
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
- Must be based in Hungary.
