What you will do

• Provide technical support for diagnostics and root cause analysis across various vehicle systems.
• Resolve technical inquiries from customer dealers and internal teams via phone and electronic channels.
• Guide dealers through repair processes and ensure accurate documentation of cases.
• Collaborate with dealer technicians, engineers, and project managers to resolve complex issues.
• Coordinate field engineer visits and contribute to product knowledge exchange.
• Conduct occasional vehicle testing and servicing arrangements.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of automotive experience, preferably in a senior dealership workshop role.
• Degree in automotive technology or equivalent technical education.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanics and EV; HV certification (e.g., HV EV Specialist / DGUV L2+ / IMI Level 4) is a strong advantage.
• Experience using diagnostic tools.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.
• Must be based in Hungary.
