What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from job posting to offer acceptance.
• Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals.
• Conduct resume screening, phone interviews, and candidate evaluations.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and manage expectations.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients.
• Maintain recruitment workflows and metrics within ATS and CRM platforms.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, staffing, or HR.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Familiarity with ATS, CRM, and recruitment platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously.
• Work-from-home setup: Intel i5, 8GB RAM, and 100 Mbps internet.
• Must be based in the Philippines.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting U.S.-based recruitment accounts.
• Proficiency in Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience with recruitment reporting and analytics.
