What you will do
- Run full-cycle recruiting: intake call, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer acceptance.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, timelines, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Build and optimize recruiting pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Glassdoor, boolean search, and niche job boards.
- Conduct structured phone and video interviews and evaluate experience, communication, technical fit, cultural alignment, and career goals.
- Maintain ATS records and recruiting dashboards, including time-to-fill, source performance, pipeline health, and interview conversion rates.
- Draft offers, support compensation discussions, and coordinate onboarding documentation.
Requirements
- 2+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing experience.
- Experience managing multiple open roles simultaneously.
- Hands-on sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and boolean search.
- Experience with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Lever, JazzHR, or iCIMS.
- Strong written and verbal English communication with high attention to detail and follow-through.
- Ability to efficiently manage fast-moving recruiting pipelines.
Nice to have
- Agency recruiting or staffing background.
- High-volume recruiting experience.
- Experience hiring for SaaS, tech, finance, property management, or professional services.
- Knowledge of recruiting metrics and hiring analytics.
- Familiarity with employment law and hiring compliance.
