What you will do

• Source and attract qualified candidates for government contract roles using various recruiting channels.
• Guide candidates through the full hiring process, including security clearance documentation.
• Review resumes and conduct phone screenings to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and job requisitions within the applicant tracking system.
• Prepare qualification summaries for hiring managers and contract stakeholders.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through consistent and professional communication.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 1–2 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to learn and understand technical and professional skill requirements for IT and legal roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
