TL;DR

Account Associate (Fintech): Generating qualified opportunities and driving early-stage pipeline within Core accounts with an accent on outbound prospecting and discovery. Focus on identifying growth within existing clients and qualifying prospects to fuel revenue growth.

Location: Must be based in Singapore and authorized to work without visa sponsorship (Onsite 5 days a week)

What you will do

  • Drive outbound prospecting and manage inbound leads to create qualified opportunities for account teams.
  • Conduct discovery calls to thoroughly qualify prospects and ensure strong fit before handoff.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for qualified opportunities and pipeline contribution.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and BDRs to uncover growth within a fixed book of accounts.
  • Research territories to identify new decision-makers and growth opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and utilize tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach.io, and Gong.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 1+ years of experience in outbound prospecting.
  • Authorized to work in Singapore without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Strong interest in financial markets, specifically private equity and venture capital.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Nice to have

  • Prior experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
