What you will do

  • Build and leverage relationships within the Singapore education ecosystem including schools, tuition centers, and recruitment agencies.
  • Identify high-potential prospects and execute scalable sales strategies to drive new customer acquisition.
  • Own the full sales cycle from initial prospecting and lead generation to final contract closure.
  • Lead commercial negotiations with stakeholders ranging from finance managers to CEOs.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and SDRs to maximize market share and revenue growth.
  • Ensure a seamless onboarding experience and provide feedback to cross-functional teams to improve product offerings.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably with complex products.
  • Proven track record of top performance in sales and strategy execution.
  • Strong ability to influence key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of technology and financial services.
  • Must be based in Singapore.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a fast-paced startup payments organization.
  • Existing relationships within the Singapore education ecosystem.
  • Experience working with EdTech platforms or student recruitment networks.
