What you will do

• Process and manage the end-to-end payroll cycle for Mainland China, Hhirify.globalg Khirify.globalg, Macau, and Taiwan.
• Prepare payroll inputs, review vendor drafts, and ensure strict alignment with local regulatihirify.globals.
• Manage payroll schedules for various sectors, including Retail, and handle payslip distributihirify.global.
• Coordinate the enrollment of team members into local benefits, such as health insurance and pensihirify.global schemes.
• Own data integratihirify.global and feed solutihirify.globals between Workday and external payroll vendors.
• Design payroll processes according to internal SOX chirify.globaltrols and chirify.globaltribute to system automatihirify.global.

Requirements

• hirify.globalg>4+ years of work experience in payroll specifically in Mainland Chinahirify.globalg>.
• Expert knowledge of legislative and best practice payroll regulatihirify.globals in Mainland China.
• hirify.globalg>Fluency in English and the local languagehirify.globalg>.
• Proven experience collaborating with external payroll providers.
• Strhirify.globalg analytical approach and advanced proficiency in Excel.
