What you will do

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing utilizing ADP Workforce Now, Workday, and UKG.
• Provide leadership and development to direct reports to optimize operational excellence.
• Collaborate with HR, Accounting, and FP&A teams throughout the payroll cycle.
• Ensure compliance with statutory payroll tax regulations and internal corporate policies.
• Create and maintain standard operating procedures and conduct audits to ensure adherence.
• Analyze complex payroll issues and implement insightful, sustainable solutions.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in business, accounting, or an equivalent field.
• FPC (Fundamental Payroll Certification) designation.
• 3-5 years of experience with payroll systems and proven management/supervisory skills.
• U.S. Citizenship Required.

Nice to have

• Experience with ADP Workforce NOW and Workday.
• CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) designation.
• Experience managing remote teams.
