Location: Hybrid (Reading, London, or Cardiff). Must be based in the UK.

Salary: £45,000 – £55,000

hirify.global is recruiting for one of the UK's fastest-growing consumer healthcare brands currently investing heavily in its e-commerce expansion.

What you will do

  • Define channel strategy, identifying new platforms, partners, and growth opportunities beyond Amazon.
  • Own the commercial performance of marketplace and pureplay accounts, delivering against revenue, margin, and performance targets.
  • Build and execute joint business plans, focusing on assortment, promotions, and pricing strategy.
  • Lead the onboarding and negotiation of new marketplace and pureplay partnerships.
  • Plan and deliver promotional and trading activities across managed accounts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with content and marketing teams to ensure high-quality execution.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace, or account management roles.
  • Proven track record of growing online channels or customer accounts.
  • Strong commercial understanding of pricing, promotions, and P&L ownership.
  • Experience working with pureplay retailers (e.g., Ocado, LookFantastic, TikTok Shop).
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable growth plans.
  • Must be based in the United Kingdom to support hybrid work requirements.
