What you will do

• Enter and track candidate orders while reviewing submittals for compliance against job requisitions.
• Objectively review background and drug reports to ensure partner compliance.
• Conduct welcome calls and emails to provide a high-quality candidate experience.
• Monitor vendor systems daily to ensure progress and escalate issues when necessary.
• Track candidate onboarding tasks to ensure completion by the required due dates.
• Assist in building and auditing client-specific audit detail procedures for candidate orders.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree strongly preferred).
• Minimum of one year of experience in a business or office environment with customer service and administrative skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, specifically Outlook and Excel.
• Typing skills with a minimum of 40 WPM.
• Must be based in Budapest, Hungary.
