Salary: 6,000 - 11,000 PLN gross monthly

What you will do

• Resolve complex HR inquiries and interpret policies within the People Services scope.
• Administer SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding, and Validated Learning.
• Collaborate with Centers of Competence (CoCs) and HRBPs to ensure accurate service delivery and policy alignment.
• Develop and deliver country-specific or business unit training for HR and other internal teams.
• Support HR digitalization projects and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience in People Services, HR Services, or People and Culture.
• Strong knowledge of HR administration, learning administration, recruitment, and onboarding processes.
• Practical experience working with HR/HCM systems, preferably SAP SuccessFactors.
• English proficiency at B2+ level.
• Must be based in Poland to support a hybrid work model.

• Communicative proficiency (B1+) in additional languages.
