What you will do

• Lead sales efforts for NetApp products and services to ensure customer satisfaction and meet targets.
• Develop and manage strategic account plans in collaboration with internal and external teams.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, solution design, pricing, and negotiation.
• Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within customer organizations.
• Use a consultative approach to understand customer challenges and propose appropriate solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and interactions in CRM systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Information Technology.
• Professional experience in IT sales or account management.
• Arabic and English language skills are required.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets with strong closing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting complex solutions.
• Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building skills.
