Technical Support Engineer (Travel Technology)

Location: UK, hybrid — 3 days in the Bristol office and 2 days remote

What you will do

• Act as the first point of contact for customer and incident support requests.
• Triage and prioritise tickets in line with agreed SLAs, while monitoring systems routinely.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across the product suite.
• Track and escalate issues with third-party suppliers and coordinate with development and commercial teams.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides.
• Analyse support trends to address recurring issues and improve self-service and workflows.

Requirements

• Right to work in the UK is required.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience or experience in a similar support role.
• Basic understanding of XML and SQL, with foundational familiarity with APIs and web technologies.
• Experience with or exposure to Google Workspace, Jira, Confluence, and Slack.
• Basic knowledge of incident management and support frameworks such as ITIL.
• Strong communication, troubleshooting, analytical, organisational, and collaboration skills.
