Technical Customer Service Coordinator

Location: Worcester, United Kingdom; hybrid working after training. The schedule includes rotating weekday shifts and one weekend shift every three weeks, with a weekday off in return.

What you will do

• Handle inbound customer queries by phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems accurately.
• Provide proactive updates and resolutions through outbound communication.
• Maintain accurate technical records and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.

• Strong communication, listening, and telephone skills.
• Solution-focused approach to resolving customer issues efficiently.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Availability for rotating early and late shifts and one weekend shift every three weeks.
