Salary: €4,500 – €5,500 gross per month

What you will do
- Develop growth-oriented roadmaps and testing plans aligned with commercial goals to identify channel impact opportunities.
- Own performance delivery across key Paid Search accounts through strategic execution, budget governance, and continuous optimization.
- Translate complex performance data into actionable strategic recommendations to influence client decisions and investments.
- Mentor junior specialists and share best practices to drive knowledge development within the Paid Search team.
- Act as a strategic advisor to clients, challenging their thinking and translating business objectives into actionable strategies.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of deep Paid Search expertise, preferably within an agency environment.
- Proven proficiency in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, GA4, and feed optimization platforms such as Channable.
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Amsterdam office on a hybrid schedule.
- A consultant mindset with the confidence to lead client dialogues and handle challenging questions.
