Project Manager, Electrical (ML)

What you will do

• Lead complex construction, integration, and infrastructure deployment projects focused on ELV systems, structured cabling, and technical fit-out.
• Manage the full project lifecycle from site planning and vendor coordination through installation, testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Coordinate general contractors, subcontractors, engineering teams, internal stakeholders, and external vendors through progress reporting, risk tracking, and issue escalation.
• Oversee infrastructure hardware deployment, cabling routes, containment, grounding, and ELV interfaces against design and compliance standards.
• Support on-site execution during critical build phases, maintaining safety, quality, schedule adherence, and documentation.
• Prepare method statements, installation storyboards, red-line drawings, commissioning plans, milestone trackers, and technical training for teams and vendors.

Requirements

• Degree or comparable experience in project management, construction engineering, electrical engineering, or a related discipline.
• Hands-on experience managing ELV systems, structured cabling projects, technical installations, or large-scale integration works.
• Understanding of infrastructure interconnections involving cables, containment, racks, panels, power, and monitoring or control systems.
• Experience working in mission-critical environments such as data centers, industrial facilities, or large commercial builds.
• Ability to manage priorities, deadlines, and on-site activities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills with contractors, engineers, clients, and vendors.
