IT Project/Program Manager

What you will do

• Lead program initiation, definition, and implementation.
• Build program roadmaps and ensure their delivery.
• Manage a team of experienced project managers and monitor the core team.
• Track program objectives, benefits realization, and incurred costs.
• Manage program risks and dependencies with other programs and projects.
• Report program progress and results to business management.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in applied economics, engineering, computer science, statistics, or econometrics.
• At least 3 years of experience in consulting, preferably including complex program management.
• Experience implementing ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Strong leadership and facilitation skills, with the ability to create structure and remain calm.
• Strong interest in data and AI-related topics and the ability to quickly build expertise in these areas.
• French, Dutch, and English language skills required.
