Senior C&S Package Manager (Construction)

What you will do

• Manage large-scale construction projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Monitor day-to-day field activities, information flow, progress, quality, safety, and issue tracking.
• Coordinate handover planning and ensure project documentation and expectations are completed on schedule.
• Lead on-site progress and safety oversight, including snagging coordination with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Implement project procedures and processes, identify issues proactively, and support improvements with the client.
• Lead progress meetings, resolve problems collaboratively, and review proposed variations and delays.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in civil and structural construction supervision, preferably on large-scale projects.
• Project management experience and a degree or comparable experience in project management or construction.
• Proficiency in BIM 360 and associated software.
• Project management professional certification or active pursuit of one.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and a quality-focused approach.
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with project teams and clients.
