Project Manager (Intralogistics)

Location: Antwerp, Belgium; hybrid work with up to 40% remote work

What you will do

• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, quality, and safety from start to finish.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and support effective collaboration.
• Act as the primary customer contact and build strong working relationships.
• Translate customer requirements into clear project agreements and deliverables.
• Track project progress, report to stakeholders, and manage changes.
• Support supplier specifications and purchasing processes.

Requirements

• Solid project management experience, preferably in a technical or automation-related environment.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies, including MS Project.
• Clear communication, structured working style, and focus on deadlines and quality.
• Teamwork and leadership skills with a positive, proactive mindset.
• Fluent English.
• Openness to international projects and willingness to travel.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Dutch, German, or French.
