IT Project Manager Infrastructure

Location: Leuven, Ghent, or Nivelles, Belgium; regular travel for on-premise client support is required

What you will do

• Manage multiple short-term infrastructure projects from planning through delivery.
• Build and maintain long-term portfolios of client relationships.
• Coordinate clients, Sales Engineers, System Engineers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Organize project schedules, brief technical contributors, adjust resources, and ensure delivery on time and within scope.
• Attend client presales meetings and analyze working environments to identify improvements.
• Provide occasional field support for urgent infrastructure interventions and take on budget management as experience grows.

Requirements

• Native-level Dutch or French is required.
• At least 3 years of project management experience, preferably in IT project management.
• Strong and broad knowledge of IT infrastructure and the ability to work with technical specialists.
• Structured, organized, proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented approach.
• Ability to clarify requirements, anticipate issues, federate stakeholders, and manage several clients and projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel regularly and provide on-premise support is required.

Nice to have

• Trilingualism in Dutch, French, and English.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience in IT project management.
