Location: Must be based in or able to commute to the London office (Hybrid)

What you will do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of Enterprise and Mid-Market accounts, owning both the relationship and revenue targets.
- Execute the full renewal process, including forecasting, negotiation, and contract management.
- Identify and close expansion and upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across L&D, HR, and Internal Communications.
- Lead strategic business reviews focused on ROI, customer outcomes, and growth.
- Use platform insights and customer data to proactively drive adoption and reduce churn risk.
Requirements
- 3-6+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or commercial post-sales roles within B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record of owning renewal, retention, or expansion targets with direct quota accountability.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience managing complex commercial negotiations.
- Ability to interpret customer usage data and translate insights into actionable growth plans.
- Excellent written and spoken English proficiency.
- Experience partnering closely with Sales teams on expansion opportunities.
Nice to have
- Experience working with Enterprise L&D, HR, or Internal Communications teams.
- Experience with AI-enabled or communication-focused platforms.
- Familiarity with CRM/CS tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Gainsight.
