Location: Remote, London, United Kingdom

Salary: £32,200–£33,000 gross per year

What you will do

  • Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and commercializing data products for clients within and outside the book industry.
  • Manage the end-to-end pipeline for ad hoc sales requests, collaborating with Account Managers to prioritize and convert opportunities.
  • Maintain CRM (Salesforce) accuracy, managing client records, pricing, commercial documentation, and billing requests.
  • Lead the onboarding of new clients, providing initial product walkthroughs, training, and ensuring a smooth handover to Account Management.
  • Partner with Finance, Marketing, and Business Development teams to improve the efficiency and scalability of the commercial function.

Requirements

  • Strong commercial awareness and judgement with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Must be based in London, United Kingdom.
