What you will do

• Identify and grow opportunities within the assigned territory to ensure growth attainment.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all customer-specific matters.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts and executive sponsors.
• Forecast and track key account metrics to monitor performance.
• Coordinate with internal support, service, and management resources to meet partner expectations.
• Manage high-severity requests and issue escalations as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Enterprise Sales, Account Management, or Business Development at the enterprise level.
• Established network within the NHS or broader UK healthcare sector.
• Proven success managing and growing strategic healthcare accounts (NHS Trusts, ICSs, etc.).
• Experience selling mobility, endpoint management, cybersecurity, or healthcare technology solutions.
• Strong understanding of the UK healthcare landscape and NHS procurement processes.
• Ability to manage complex enterprise sales cycles and engage multiple stakeholders.
