What you will do

• Prepare and review financial reports ensuring adherence to US GAAP, IFRS, and statutory standards.
• Monitor budget adequacy and provide plan-to-actual analyses for budget owners.
• Track intercompany transactions and manage transfer pricing reporting.
• Prepare quarterly management reporting packs, including balance sheets and cash flow statements.
• Develop and monitor internal control policies to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
• Manage local tax filings (VAT, Corporate Income Tax) and maintain bank relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or an equivalent advanced degree.
• 7-10+ years of experience in finance, with 2+ years specifically in Financial Controlling, Compliance, or Management Reporting.
• Deep expertise in Finance controlling, US GAAP / IFRS, and internal controls.
• Must be based in Europe.
• English: Fluent or native (C1+) required.

Nice to have

• Big4 professional experience.
• ACMA, FCMA, or FCCA certification.
• Experience working with NetSuite.
