What you will do

• Lead global accounting functions including General Ledger, Billing, Collections (AR), and Accounts Payable (AP).
• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes in accordance with US GAAP and IFRS.
• Develop the technical accounting framework and oversee revenue recognition for complex contracts (ASC 606).
• Serve as the primary liaison with external auditors and strengthen the internal control environment.
• Drive process simplification, standardization, and automation across global accounting operations.
• Provide accounting support for M&A activity, including due diligence and purchase accounting.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including Big 4 or equivalent public accounting.
• Proven experience leading global accounting functions in complex, multi-entity environments (SaaS experience preferred).
• Deep expertise in US GAAP and IFRS, specifically revenue recognition standards.
• Experience leading audits and managing compliance frameworks.
• Strong leadership capability with a track record of developing teams in scaling organizations.
• Must be based in the US (Remote, TX)
