What you will do

• Identify and onboard high-impact crypto thought leaders and content creators across X, Telegram, YouTube, TikTok, and Discord.
• Negotiate and structure collaboration models, including sponsorships, affiliate programs, and AMAs, ensuring alignment with budgetary targets.
• Design and execute targeted KOL marketing initiatives to drive user acquisition, community engagement, and trading volume.
• Monitor critical KPIs (ROI, conversion rates, engagement) and deliver data-backed reports on partnership outcomes.
• Analyze market shifts and competitor tactics within the Web3, DeFi, and broader crypto ecosystems to identify new growth vectors.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Affiliate Marketing, Partnerships, or Growth Marketing.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the Web3, crypto, or fintech industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Native or fluent English proficiency with exceptional presentation and negotiation skills.
• Strong data literacy and hands-on experience managing complex KOL payout models and commission structures.
• Ability to thrive independently and under pressure within a fast-paced environment.
