What you will do
- Manage and lead the district business performance, including sales to distributors and retailers.
- Develop and execute channel activity plans to capture market opportunities.
- Optimize financial and workforce resources to meet productivity and business targets.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather market intelligence and support commercial strategy.
- Lead district planning processes, including internal monthly alignment meetings and performance reviews.
- Implement enterprise-wide initiatives to improve pricing, working capital, and sales effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 7–10+ years of commercial experience in the agribusiness sector.
- 3–5+ years of experience leading a sales team.
- Proven track record in distributor and channel management.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales and profitability targets.
- Strong ability to influence stakeholders and work across multiple functions.
