Focus on managing complex enterprise sales cycles, conducting value-based product demonstrations, and expanding market presence across Civil, Environmental, and Energy industries.

Location: Hybrid role based in Jakarta, Indonesia. Regular travel within Indonesia to mining sites and customer offices is required.

What you will do

• Identify, develop, and close new sales opportunities with mining and minerals companies across Indonesia.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities and develop account strategies for key customers and strategic prospects.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and value-based sales engagements with clients.
• Represent the company at industry conferences, trade events, and networking opportunities.
• Maintain accurate opportunity records and forecasts within the CRM system.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
• Experience working with mining companies or within the mining technology/software sector.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex enterprise sales cycles.
• Working proficiency in Bahasa and English languages.
• Must be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
