What you will do

• Manage and monitor the daily activities of a team of 15-20 Sales Promoters.
• Drive sales targets within the assigned area through daily merchant visits and relationship building with store PICs.
• Ensure the effective placement of POP promotional materials in stores.
• Conduct field team training and refreshment sessions for Promoters.
• Coordinate with partner operational teams to report on sales, competitors, and field issues.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of working experience in a related sales field.
• Senior High School diploma or Diploma in any field.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage teams and specific areas.
• Good communication and marketing skills, including social media proficiency.
• Familiarity with MS Office and Excel.
• Ability to work shifts and be based in Yogyakarta.
