What you will do

• Conduct welcome calls to newly registered clients and introduce them to the platform.
• Guide clients through key features to facilitate their first steps toward activation.
• Proactively engage users to drive conversion and platform activity.
• Communicate platform updates, new features, and important changes to the user base.
• Address client inquiries and provide clear, helpful guidance.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and collaborate with internal teams to improve onboarding.

Requirements

• Fluent in Thai and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with confidence in phone-based interactions.
• Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Prior experience in a conversion, retention, or client success role.
• Background in fintech, trading platforms, or digital products.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and client outreach workflows.
