What you will do
- Manage end-to-end copyright queries from PRS members, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Research, investigate, and resolve complex copyright and data-related issues.
- Liaise with internal departments and external partners to ensure copyright information is accurate.
- Monitor copyright data integrity and escalate issues impacting member rights and payments.
- Maintain and improve operational standards in line with policies and quality benchmarks.
- Provide insights and feedback to enhance member experience and system efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing copyrights or rights-related queries.
- Methodical problem-solving ability to identify root causes of copyright and data issues.
- Ability to work according to defined quality and quantity targets.
- Understanding of the PRS business and the flow of royalties from licensing to distribution.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
