Commercial Excellence Specialist (HubSpot): Analyzing commercial performance and optimizing customer journeys using HubSpot and data-driven insights with an accent on CRM automation and performance reporting. Focus on identifying process bottlenecks, building leadership dashboards, and integrating AI tools to drive commercial growth.
Location: Onsite in Copenhagen, Denmark
Salary: DKK 40,000–45,000 per month

What you will do
- Analyze data across sales, pipeline, and customer segments to identify patterns and performance bottlenecks.
- Build and optimize reporting and dashboards for leadership to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
- Improve commercial processes and the customer journey using HubSpot and the wider tech stack.
- Implement and optimize AI tools, including ChatGPT, Clay, and Fireflies, into commercial workflows.
- Turn complex analysis into concrete commercial recommendations and initiatives.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align on organizational goals.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in Commercial Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Analytics, or Consulting.
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills with experience in KPI, funnel, and segmentation analysis.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, specifically HubSpot.
- Fluent proficiency in both Danish and English (written and spoken).
- Must be based in Copenhagen and able to work from the office.
- Background in mathematics, economics, finance, data, engineering, or strategy.
