What you will do

• Analyze data across sales, pipeline, and customer segments to identify patterns and performance bottlenecks.
• Build and optimize reporting and dashboards for leadership to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• Improve commercial processes and the customer journey using HubSpot and the wider tech stack.
• Implement and optimize AI tools, including ChatGPT, Clay, and Fireflies, into commercial workflows.
• Turn complex analysis into concrete commercial recommendations and initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align on organizational goals.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in Commercial Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Analytics, or Consulting.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills with experience in KPI, funnel, and segmentation analysis.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, specifically HubSpot.
• Fluent proficiency in both Danish and English (written and spoken).
• Must be based in Copenhagen and able to work from the office.
• Background in mathematics, economics, finance, data, engineering, or strategy.
