What you will do

• Analyze clinical operations processes across the trial lifecycle to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Gather and document business requirements, translating stakeholder needs into clear problem statements and solution frameworks.
• Develop structured presentations and storytelling slides to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate with senior consultants and client-facing teams to move from problem definition to proposed solutions.
• Apply industry knowledge to understand how specific functions, such as clinical recruitment, impact broader trial outcomes.

Requirements

• Prior experience in management consulting as an analyst or consultant, including client-facing, on-site experience.
• Experience in life sciences, pharma, or clinical research with familiarity with clinical trial processes.
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and written communication.
• Ability to perform independent research, form a point of view, and bring ideas forward proactively.
• Strong structured thinking skills to break down complex processes.
