What you will do

• Act as a trusted advisor to pension providers, analyzing processes and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Translate complex business requirements into impactful digital solutions.
• Contribute to client projects, including future-state design and workshop facilitation.
• Define new product features, specify business rules, and validate functionality.
• Support sales and bid processes by shaping solution proposals based on domain expertise.

Requirements

• Extensive experience within the pension or Life and Pension industry (provider or consultancy).
• Strong understanding of pension processes, products, regulations, and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to bridge business needs with solution design and clear recommendations.
• Completion of FOAK basic training is required.
• Ability to lead and facilitate structured workshops with clients and stakeholders.
• Experience in documenting product functionality, requirements, and diagrams.
