What you will do

• Define and communicate data, AI, and technology strategies aligned with client business objectives.
• Lead executive workshops, steering committees, and high-level discussions from design to follow-up.
• Build value-driven business cases for data and AI investments to secure funding and alignment.
• Design and implement sustainable governance models for data and AI operations.
• Guide clients through technology and platform decisions without owning the technical build.
• Manage senior stakeholder relationships and align competing cross-functional agendas.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years at MBB, Big 4, or a top-tier boutique strategy firm.
• Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong expertise in data strategy, AI strategy, and technology governance.
• Native or fluent proficiency in both German and English.
• Proven track record of owning deliverables and leading workshops independently.
• Ability to work in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.

Nice to have

• MBA degree.
• Experience working within the life sciences or other heavily regulated industries.
