TL;DR

Director (Energy Consulting): Designing and delivering E.ON’s most critical consulting projects while advising top management and developing E.ON Inhouse Consulting with an accent on strategic project leadership, executive stakeholder management, and people development. Focus on presenting outcomes to senior decision-making bodies, building internal networks across business units, and advancing the growth of consulting leaders and teams.

Location: Essen, Germany; hybrid work model

What you will do

Design and deliver hirify.global’s most critical consulting projects, ensuring strong results and stakeholder satisfaction.
Advise top management and present project outcomes to hirify.global’s highest decision-making bodies.
Build trusted relationships with leaders across business units and establish a sustainable internal network.
Support the professional and personal development of Principals, Project Managers, and Consultants.
Take ownership of a functional Impact Group or an internal area such as Recruiting, Marketing, Finance, or IT.

Requirements

Excellent university degree at master’s or diploma level; a doctorate or MBA is welcome.
At least 10 years of relevant professional experience, primarily at a leading top management consulting firm.
Fluent German and English are required.
Strong analytical, process, problem-solving, communication, and moderation skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset, decision-making ability, and innovative thinking.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members and develop their potential.
