What you will do

• Act as a trusted advisor to top management, designing and delivering the organization's most critical projects.
• Present project outcomes and strategic recommendations to hirify.global's highest decision-making bodies.
• Build sustainable internal networks and foster knowledge sharing across various business units.
• Mentor and advance the professional growth of Principals, Project Managers, and Consultants.
• Lead functional Impact Groups or internal areas such as Recruiting, Marketing, Finance, or IT.

Requirements

• Excellent university degree (Master's/PhD/MBA).
• At least 10 years of professional experience, primarily within leading top management consulting firms.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Strong analytical competence and superior communication skills for top-management moderation.
• Proven leadership qualities to motivate teams and promote professional potential.
• Must be based in or able to work from Essen, Germany (Hybrid).
