What you will do

• Deliver strategic value to research organisations using advanced consulting skills and methodologies.
• Lead the adoption of consulting best practices within the Nature Research Intelligence business.
• Develop a pipeline of consulting opportunities by engaging with research leaders.
• Create evidence-based recommendations using data analytics and quantitative skills.
• Manage complex, commercially important consulting projects of broad scope.
• Collaborate with data scientists, editors, and other internal specialists to solve unique research problems.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in research consulting, higher education, or analytics consulting.
• University degree with a strong analytical/quantitative background (e.g., Data Science, Math, Physics, Computer Science).
• Significant experience in developing and communicating research strategies.
• Strong storytelling skills and the ability to communicate insights effectively.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly from Berlin or London.
