What you will do

• Partner with regional sales teams to convert prospects into customers through technical expertise.
• Prepare and deliver bespoke product demonstrations, webinars, and presentations that highlight the value proposition.
• Manage proof of concept processes and respond to complex RFP requirements.
• Perform workflow analysis and examine the interaction between the product and customer infrastructure.
• Collect and convey customer requirements to the central product management team.
• Train sales teams on product suites, technical aspects, and new features.

Requirements

• Native level written and oral communication skills in English and German are required.
• 5+ years of experience in technical solution engineering, preferably in ITIL/ITSM or SaaS environments.
• Proven experience with cloud-based infrastructure and complex sales cycles in Mid-Market and Enterprise segments.
• Excellent presentation and demonstration skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders (CxOs).
• Strong customer and solution-oriented mindset with an execution focus.
