What you will do

  • Build and sustain trust-based relationships with C-level and senior executive stakeholders.
  • Develop multi-year account strategies to identify expansion, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Apply domain expertise in credit risk, fraud, and decisioning to provide strategic advisory.
  • Translate platform capabilities into measurable business impacts, such as reducing credit losses.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional teams including product, sales, and professional services to optimize customer experience.
  • Lead renewal conversations and maintain accurate commercial forecasting in Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Experience in senior customer-facing roles such as strategic account management or management consulting.
  • Deep domain expertise in financial services, specifically credit risk management, fraud prevention, or decisioning.
  • Proven track record of influencing C-level executives and owning revenue targets.
  • Ability to build complex multi-stakeholder account plans aligned with strategic growth.
  • Full professional fluency in English.
  • Must be based in Sydney or Melbourne, Australia.

Nice to have

  • Experience in financial services SaaS or technology.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
