What you will do

• Prepare detailed proposals, feasibility studies, and pricing across all product sets.
• Manage client projects end-to-end, from initial setup through to completion.
• Support Account Directors in administrative aspects of sales and marketing.
• Maintain and optimize CRM database records for accurate reporting and analysis.
• Liaise with the Operations department to ensure the effective delivery of projects.
• Assist in presentations and sales-related activities for the leadership team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent university qualification.
• Must be authorized to work in Australia.
• Strong ability to convey ideas clearly to internal teams and external stakeholders.
• High level of professionalism, strong numeracy skills, and sound business judgment.
• Demonstrated accuracy, thoroughness, and excellent organizational skills.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in Market Research or Marketing.
