Location: Must be based in the EMEA region with the ability to overlap with U.S. business hours.

What you will do
- Own full-cycle recruiting for international business roles including Sales, Post-Sales, Compliance, and Marketing.
- Act as a strategic talent partner to hiring managers, advising on market dynamics and candidate calibration.
- Build and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify and engage exceptional passive talent across EMEA.
- Develop regional talent maps and leverage data to refine recruiting strategies in real time.
- Create an exceptional candidate experience that reflects the company mission and operating principles.
- Partner cross-functionally with Talent, People, Finance, and Legal to navigate international hiring requirements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of recruiting experience supporting international business hiring in high-growth technology companies.
- Proven success hiring across Sales, Post-Sales, Compliance, and Marketing functions.
- Strong knowledge of EMEA talent markets and ability to adapt search strategies by region.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and advise hiring managers.
- Strong analytical ability to interpret recruiting metrics and funnel health.
- English proficiency: C1+ required for clear communication and stakeholder management.
- Ability to operate effectively in a remote environment with overlap across EMEA and U.S. business hours.

- Experience in high-growth, Series C or later stage startups.
