Talent Partner (Recruiting): Own full-cycle recruitment for Go-To-Market (GTM) and Enabling functions with an accent on sourcing, screening, fair interview design, and data-driven hiring decisions. Focus on building high-calibre talent pipelines and embedding AI tools into daily recruiting workflows to accelerate hiring while delivering a transparent, respectful candidate experience.
Location: London (Shoreditch) — hybrid (office first, 3 days/week)
Salary: £40K–£60K + equity (share options up to £15,000)

What you will do
- Run full-cycle recruitment end to end: kickoff, sourcing, screening, offers, negotiations, and handover to People team for onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers on role scoping, process optimization, and candidate evaluation.
- Build proactive talent pipelines for immediate hires and forward-planning needs, focusing on high-calibre and diverse talent.
- Design fair, data-driven interview processes and scorecards to ensure consistent candidate evaluation.
- Use hiring metrics to identify bottlenecks and continuously improve talent strategy.
- Embed AI tools into recruiting workflows to speed up sourcing, screening, drafting, and administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Experienced Talent Partner with independent ownership of full-cycle recruitment, ideally across commercial or operations roles.
- Strong talent sourcing ability and experience building engaged talent pipelines from scratch.
- Comfort working with recruiting metrics to diagnose issues and support hiring decisions.
- Experience using LLMs (e.g., Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT) to accelerate recruiting tasks.
- Familiarity with ATS and sourcing tools; can work with LinkedIn (and ideally Metaview).
- Ability to work in the Shoreditch office 3 days per week (core hours 10am–4pm).
