What you will do
- Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Canadian and US roles, from scoping and sourcing to offer negotiation and pre-boarding.
- Partner with department heads in engineering, product, marketing, and sales to define talent needs and sourcing strategies.
- Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, industry networks, and other relevant channels.
- Manage candidate communication and feedback to ensure a high-quality experience.
- Build and maintain a diverse talent pipeline to meet immediate and future hiring targets.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide progress reports to senior leadership.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, focusing on technical and growth roles.
- Proven track record of success in hyper-growth tech companies.
- Experience working in fast-paced, remote-first environments.
- Strong understanding of recruitment strategies for engineering, product, marketing, and sales.
- Proficiency with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS (Ashby experience strongly preferred).
- Ability to manage 5-15 open roles and deliver under tight deadlines.
