What you will do

• Achieve sales plans for assigned product categories across website and app.
• Collaborate with the Merchandising team to build promotional calendars for brand visibility.
• Partner with optimization and personalization teams to develop new sales approaches.
• Monitor and react to digital KPIs (Web Sales, sessions, CR, CTR) to maximize revenue.
• Experiment with offer types based on customer audience and competitor analysis.
• Manage content resources for video, photography, and online assets.

Requirements

• Degree in Economics, Marketing, or an equivalent field.
• At least 2 years of experience in multichannel and e-commerce businesses.
• Proficiency in Adobe Analytics, Tableau Reader, and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong understanding of digital KPIs (Bounce rate, CR, CTR, etc.).
• Native Italian and fluent English.
• Reserved for candidates belonging to protected categories (Legge 68/99).
