TL;DR

Product Operations Specialist: Owning end-to-end projects for new internal processes, workflows, internal tools, and systems with an accent on scaling Product-Ops across multiple European markets and standardizing operations. Focus on simplifying complex problems, improving internal customer experience and processes through feedback, and delivering structured reporting that supports management decisions.

Location: Hybrid in Turin, or Fully Remote

What you will do

  • Manage projects end-to-end for new processes, workflows, internal tools, and systems (from ideation and analysis to implementation, monitoring, and optimization).
  • Scale the Product-Ops strategy across Europe by implementing it in Italy, France, Austria, and Germany and standardizing processes while tailoring best practices per market.
  • Collect feedback from other teams to identify improvement opportunities for customer experience and internal processes.
  • Ensure internal processes are streamlined, aligned with company strategy, and communicated through internal product updates and releases.
  • Support management with structured reporting and analysis on delivered projects.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Operations, Sales/Revenue Ops, or Operational Excellence (or similar), with proven process optimization and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Advanced “tools power-user” skills with major platforms such as CRM, project management, ERP, workflow, and automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Monday.com, Notion, Make, Zapier, Airtable, ClickUp, Asana, Jira, Google Apps Script, Claude, Gemini, n8n).
  • English: fluent for collaboration across the four markets.
  • Ability to work in dynamic, evolving contexts; proactive problem-solving and comfort with change.
  • Strong organizational and decision-making skills with a results-oriented approach to delivering on time under pressure.

Nice to have

  • Background in a B2B SaaS company.
  • Interest in Digital Accessibility (WCAG) and desire to become an expert.
