Product & Operations Specialist (SaaS)

Location: Hybrid in Turin, Italy, or fully remote.

Salary: €25,000–€35,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage projects involving new processes, workflows, internal tools, and systems from ideation through implementation, monitoring, and optimization.
• Implement the Product Operations strategy across Italy, France, Austria, and Germany.
• Standardize processes while adapting best practices to the specific characteristics of each market.
• Gather feedback from internal teams on customer experience and operational processes to identify improvements.
• Align processes with company strategy and business objectives, and communicate internal product updates and releases.
• Support management with structured reporting and analysis on delivered projects.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Operations, Sales or Revenue Operations, Operational Excellence, or a similar field.
• Proven experience in process optimization and cross-functional collaboration.
• Deep knowledge of CRM, project management, ERP, workflow, and AI platforms, including HubSpot, Salesforce, Monday.com, Notion, Make, Zapier, Airtable, ClickUp, Asana, Jira, Google Apps Script, Claude, Gemini, and n8n.
• Fluent English required for collaboration across four markets.
• Adaptability, proactive problem-solving, organizational skills, decision-making ability, and a results-oriented approach.
