Total compensation starting from €64,000 gross per year, including a 30% variable bonus based on goal achievement.

What you will do
- Monitor market evolution and customer needs related to credit card terminals, payment acceptance, and cashless solutions.
- Define and manage partnerships with key suppliers across product introduction, procurement, service, software updates, and end-of-life.
- Scout emerging payment technologies and assess opportunities and threats in collaboration with Product Management and R&D.
- Monitor payment-terminal regulations and support technical committee participation, internal communication, and knowledge dissemination.
- Support sales and related teams with training on cashless payment topics.
- Contribute to product lifecycle activities from requirements definition through product release and field deployment.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in electronics, automation, electrical engineering, or management engineering.
- Several years of experience with payment terminals or payment acceptance, including unattended payments.
- Knowledge of EV charging and AFIR requirements.
- Strong understanding of acquirer and PSP business models, international payment standards, and regulations.
- Familiarity with OCPP and charger integration.
- Fundamentals of Product Management and Project Management, including partnership and supplier management experience.
