Locations: Bolzano/Bozen, Bergamo, Bologna, Munich and Charlotte (USA)

Total compensation: €64,000 - €96,000 (including 30% variable bonus)

What you will do

• Monitor market evolution and customer needs for credit card terminals and payment solutions.
• Steer partnerships with key suppliers across the entire product lifecycle, from introduction and procurement to SW updates and end-of-life.
• Scout emerging cashless technologies and assess opportunities or threats related to technological revolutions.
• Monitor payment terminal industry regulations and participate in technical committees to ensure internal alignment.
• Train sales forces and related teams on cashless payment topics to ensure shared understanding.
• Support product operations from requirements definition to product release and on-field deployment.

Requirements

• Master's degree in electronics, automation, electrical, or management engineering.
• Several years of experience in payment terminals or payment acceptance, specifically with unattended payments.
• Knowledge of EV charging and AFIR requirements.
• Strong understanding of acquirer/PSP business models and international payment standards/regulations.
• Familiarity with OCPP and charger integration.
• Experience in partnership and supplier management combined with product and project management fundamentals.

Nice to have

• Excellent knowledge of German and/or Italian.
