What you will do

• Lead the product and service roadmap for hirify.global Solutions, adapting international propositions to the Italian market.
• Define and execute go-to-market and roll-out strategies to ensure large-scale adoption across network brands.
• Collaborate within a matrix organization to create synergies and align with international network best practices.
• Engage with clients, media owners, and local stakeholders as an ambassador for innovation.
• Manage and inspire a multidisciplinary team of product, data, tech, and commercial experts.
• Drive commercial performance by setting growth and margin objectives for the Solutions area.

Requirements

• 10-15+ years of experience in Media, Advertising Technology, or with major publishers/media owners.
• Deep knowledge of the omnichannel media ecosystem, programmatic platforms, and attribution technologies.
• Proven track record in new business development and building complex sales pipelines.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills to influence high-level business decisions.
• Fluent English is essential for interaction with global and regional teams.
• Must be based in or able to work from Milan, Italy under a hybrid model.
