Global Systems Process Owner Manufacturing Execution System (SAP)

Global Systems Process Owner (SAP/MES): Driving the standardization and continuous improvement of Manufacturing Execution System processes across Eastern Europe and Italy with an accent on transparency, efficiency, and regional alignment. Focus on defining detailed process steps, managing the global key user network, and translating business needs into technical requirements.

Location: Hybrid. Must be based in the Czech Republic or Italy

What you will do

• Define detailed process steps and deviations within the area of responsibility.
• Promote standardization and support regions in scope validation and extension.
• Identify and propose new opportunities for process improvement and standardization.
• Manage the design of new requirements and communicate decisions across the organization.
• Coordinate and actively manage the global key user network.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for local key users, managing deliverables from creation to deployment.

Requirements

• University degree in business informatics, business administration, engineering, or a comparable field.
• Several years of professional experience with SAP-MES or a similar production environment.
• Proven experience in business process analysis and problem-solving with key users and IT.
• Strong skills in eliciting and documenting business processes and creating requirement specifications.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in additional languages such as German, French, or Slavic languages spoken in EMEA.
